Small team.
Big country.
Deep roots.

Ngasoma Safaris Africa was founded in 2020 by a group of Tanzanian guides who had grown up in the shadow of Mount Meru. What started as three guides and one Land Cruiser is today a twenty-person team of drivers, mountain guides, cooks and planners, all still Tanzanian owned.
We work in the northern and southern circuits, on Kilimanjaro's five routes, and across the Zanzibar archipelago. We keep our group sizes small, our vehicles our own, and a portion of every trip supports the community schools around Arusha where many of our guides were raised.
